Powder coating is an electrostatic process of applying powder paint, after which the coated part is heated at the appropriate temperature for a defined period of time. This process provides quality surface protection and a visually consistent finish for metal products.
Almost all metal products can be powder coated, except lead and tin, and in certain cases products made of ceramic and glass may also be coated. For quality coating, the surface must be cleaned of grease, old paint, rust and other impurities.
ILGM has the equipment and resources required for powder coating according to client requirements. Several standard shades are available, while specific RAL shades may be supplied if available from the supplier.
